SCHEME MEETING

The Scheme Meeting for approval of the Scheme by LGL Shareholders will be held on Monday 23 August 2010 at 11am AEST at the Crowne Plaza Hotel in Port Moresby, Papua New Guinea. A webcast of the meeting is available for viewing.
